Tour Scotland travel video of the bagpipes and drums music of Perth and District Pipe Band playing outside the old City Hall in the city centre on ancestry visit to Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. The band wore the Royal Stewart tartan until the early 1990s where it was changed to the New Perthshire Muted Tartan.
