Tour Scotland Travel Video Bagpipes And Classic Cars Drive It Day Blairgowrie Perthshire

Tour Scotland travel video of bagpipes music and classic cars driving along Wellmeadow Street on Drive It Day on visit to Blairgowrie, Perthshire, Scotland. Vintage and cassic cars were piped through Blairgowire, before driving up Glenshee to Braemar, and the onwards towards. From Banchory there route would take them over the Angus hills to Cairn O’Mount and Fettercairn. Brechin would come next, then Forfar and Kirriemuir before returning to Blairgowrie. And finally supper at Scone Palace. The Drive It Day event was organised by The Rotary Club of Blairgowrie to raise funds for Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer’s Scotland. Every year Drive It Day is purposefully held on the Sunday nearest to the 23rd April. Because it commemorates the 64 cars that left London on the first day of the Thousand Mile Trial on 23 April 1900.
