Old photograph of the road by Loch Stack in Sutherland, Scotland. The loch lies approximately 4 miles South East of Laxford Bridge and is surrounded by mountains. Ben Stack rises steeply from the loch's southwestern shore and Arkle mountain lies directly to the North. The loch was first surveyed between the 6th and 8th September 1902 by T.N. Johnston and James Murray .
