Tour Scotland video of a St Andrew's Day drive to Cupar near St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. Robert Hope Moncrieff Aitken VC CB, was born on 8 February 1826 in Cupar. He was a Scottish recipient of the Victoria Cross, the highest and most prestigious award for gallantry in the face of the enemy that can be awarded to British and Commonwealth forces. He died in 1887 and is buried in the Eastern Cemetery at St Andrews.
