Tour Scotland video of City of St Andrews Pipe Band on visit to the harbour festival in Anstruther, East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. The Band was formed in 1972 and is based in St Andrews in the North East of Fife. It first competed in 1974 and since those early days has competed at all levels and won many contests and major championships.
