Old photograph of thatched cottages and people on Larkhall Street in East Kilbride, Ayrshire, Scotland. Larkhall Street is part of Calderwood, which was the second oldest planned neighborhood in the New Town, with construction beginning in the early 1950s. Many of the original residents moved here from condemned housing in Glasgow.
