Old photograph of the morning room in Haddo House near Tarves, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. The Gordons, who later became the Earls of Aberdeen and Marquesses of Aberdeen, lived on the site for over 500 years. The most notable former resident was George Hamilton-Gordon, 4th Earl of Aberdeen, the British Prime Minister from 1852 to 1855.
