Old Photograph Loch Ness Monster Foyers Scotland

Old photograph of the Loch Ness Monster by Foyers on the Eastern side of Loch Ness in the Scottish Highlands of Scotland. Foyers, from the Scottish Gaelic, Foithir, meaning a shelving slope, is a village in the Highlands located on the East shore of Loch Ness. The village is situated on the B852, part of the Military Road built by General George Wade, 10 miles North East of Fort Augustus. Blog post of interest to folks with ancestry, genealogy or Scottish Family Roots in Scotland who may wish to visit one day.
