Old Photograph Dunscore Scotland

Old photograph of cottages in Dunscore located nine miles North West of Dumfries, Scotland. This is the birthplace of the Church of Scotland missionary Jane Haining, one of only ten Holocaust victims from Scotland. She worked in Budapest, where she was arrested by the Nazis in 1944. She died in the concentration camp at Auschwitz later that year.
