Tour Scotland video shot today of the Women's Cycling criterium road race on visit to Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. This wonderful event public was held on a rainy Sunday morning, 7th of April. Cyclists road through the slippery streets including Mill Street, High Street and Scott Street.
