Old photograph of Newmilns, East Ayrshire, Scotland. Tour Ayr and Kilmarnock. Newmilns became a free Burgh of Barony on January 9th, 1490, a privilege bestowed upon George Campbell of Loudoun, and thus the people of Newmilns, by King James IV.
