Tour Scotland travel video of daffodils by King's Place on ancestry, genealogy, family history visit and trip to Perth, Perthshire. It is named after the historic role of the area as the crowning place of Scottish kings. It was the site of the Stone of Scone, used in coronation ceremonies, and while the actual Abbey is no longer standing, Moot Hill, where the stone was placed, still remains. The area has a rich history, dating back to Roman times and the Picts, who were later replaced by the Scots.
