Tour Scotland video of a rescue boat on the River Tay going to the aid of a capsized canoe at The Tay Descent 2011, a tour and a race via canoe and kayak, which took place on the River Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. The events was organised by the Scottish Canoe Association as part of Paddle 2011. The rescue boat was quickly on the scene, just below the Old Bridge in Perth. Well done !
