Tour Scotland video of Surfers in rough seas on the coast at St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. Surfers in very rough seas in St Andrews Bay at High Tide today at the East Sands in St Andrews. Not a great video as there was a lot of sea spray around and in front of me.
