Tour Scotland video shot this evening of a cargo ship on the River Tay outside Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. The cargo ship Ingeborg Pilot heading up the River Tay this afternoon. The ship which is registered in Norway has just sailed under Friarton Bridge.
