Tour Scotland video shot today of a drive on a narrow road in a very overcast rural Perthshire, Scotland. Very cloudy at lunchtime today. Shot this video on the drive back from Coupar Angus to Scone. As is often the case there are tractors on the road, and if you get behind one, you just have to be patient.
