Tour Scotland Video Rain And Rainbows Perth Perthshire August 24th

Tour Scotland video shot this evening rain and rainbows over the River Tay just outside Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Rain and rainbows tonight around 7.30pm, got soaked to the skin but it was worth it. A very beautiful experience.
