Tour Scotland video shot this morning of a Scottish Bagpiper and the Sea Queen at St Monans, East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. The Sea Queen being led along the main pier into St Monans by a Scottish Bagpiper. lots of rain this morning in St Monans, not an easy day to shoot great videos.
