Tour Scotland Winter video of Tay Street tonight in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Shot this wee video at 11pm tonight. The streets are clear of snow, but the pavements are quite icy in Perth. The bridge is the old Perth Bridge which spans the River Tay.
