October 23rd Video Canoes Kayaks Tour Scotland

October 23rd video of the paddle River Tay tour in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. The Tay Descent 2010, tour and a race via canoe and kayak, took place today on the River Tay in Perthshire, Scotland. The events was organised by the Scottish Canoe Association as part of Paddle 2010. The video shows canoes and kayaks arriving in Perth under the Old Bridge in Perth.
