The parish church, rebuilt in 1848, on the site of previous church, is approached through an attractive War Memorial Lych Gate erected in 1919 by Reginald Fairlie. Built into the churchyard wall is the monument to Alexander Cabel, Campbell, Bishop of Brechin 1608
