The Territorial Army battalion of the Royal Regiment of Scotland was presented with the Freedom of the City of Perth, this overcast morning. 7Scots, has its battalion headquarters in Perth, but also has detachments billeted as far afield as Stornoway, Wick, Aberdeen, Dumbarton, and Kirkcaldy.
