Tour Scotland Video Clunie Church Perthshire

Tour Scotland travel video of Clunie Church and burial ground on ancestry, genealogy history visit and small group trip to Perthshire, Scotland. Clunie Parish Church replaced the existing church in 1840, and was built on the site of an earlier church. The present church stands alone on rising ground, surrounded by its graveyard. It is built in stone and has a slate roof. It is in full ecclesiastical use and in good condition. The church has a stone tower that contains a bell, cast in 1801 and over 25 inches wide. It was made by Thomas Mears of London, England, at the Whitechapel Foundry.
