Old photographs of Springburn, Glasgow, Scotland. Pictures of neighbourhood pubs such as the Boundary Bar, along with the area's famous locomotive works, reflect a Springburn in its prime before heavy industry went into decline and many of its tenements were pulled down. Elmvale School, Stobhill Hospital, St Aloysius' Chapel, the Hyde Park and Atlas Works and Hoey's famous department store are among the many well-known local institutions featured here. Old Springburn
