Tour Scotland video of driving in torrential rain and hazardous conditions this morning on visit to Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Rain swept into the country in the wake of the hottest day of the year. The highest temperature, the day before in Britain, was 33.5C (92F) in Oxfordshire, England, and it reached 32.4C in Wales and 29C in Scotland
