Old Photograph Cottage By MacBeth Cairn Lumphannan Scotland

Old photograph of a cottage by Macbeth's Cairn in the Parish of Lumphannan near Banchory, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Traditionally Macbeth's burial place, the cairn was robbed between 1835 and 1855 to build houses, and is now quite level, about 50 feet in diameter and about 2 feet high. This cairn is situated in the middle of a field of improved pasture.
