Tour Scotland photograph shot today of the George Kinloch statue in Dundee, Scotland. George Kinloch of Kinloch, was outlawed for the advocacy of popular rights on 22nd December 1819. Proclaimed member for Dundee in the first reformed parliament 22nd December 1832. Born Dundee 1775, died London 1833. Statue Erected by public subscription to commemorate a signal triumph of political justice, 3rd February 1872. This statue is located outside McManus Galleries.
