Tour Scotland video shot this afternoon of a cargo ship on the River Tay outside Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. The cargo ship Monica heading up the River Tay this afternoon. The ship which is registered in the Netherlands had just come out of Perth Harbour and was heading towards Friarton Bridge.
