Tour Scotland photograph of the Pictish Symbol Stone at Abernethy,
Perthshire,
Scotland. This Pictish symbol stone can be found at the foot of the Round tower. The stone dates back to around AD600. The carvings on the stone comprise of a decorative tuning fork with a hammer, an anvil and a decorative motif of a crescent and v-rod.
