Tour Scotland Winter photograph of the Mercat Cross in Kinrossie, Perthshire, Scotland. Kinrossie market cross, or mercat cross, is enclosed by railings, beside the public road at the centre of the village. It consists of a stepped plinth, a shaft and moulded head in the form of a St Andrew's cross.
