Tour Scotland Video River Tay Freezing Perth December 21st

Tour Scotland Winter video of the freezing River Tay this morning in Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. You don't see this very often, not unless it is unusually cold, as it was this morning on December 21st. Given the recent spell of cold weather this maybe a common sight in the days ahead.
