September 3rd early evening photograph of the Fergusson Gallery, Perth, Scotland. I shot this photograph across the River Tay towards the Fergusson Gallery. The water tower is a gallery which houses the world's largest collection of work by the celebrated Scottish artist, John Duncan Fergusson.
