Tour Scotland Video New Year's Day Drive Through Kenmore To Loch Tay Highland

Tour Scotland video of a New Year's Day drive through Kenmore to Loch Tay in the Highlands of Scotland. Loch Tay is a freshwater loch in the central highlands, in the Perthshire and and Stirling council areas. Kenmore village which dates from the 16th century at the outflow of the River Tay is one the main settlements on the lochside today. The loch is a popular spot for salmon fishing. The Kenmore Hotel, commissioned in 1572 by the then laird Colin Campbell, has its origins in a tavern built around 70 years earlier offering accommodation and refreshments. It is reputed to be Scotland's oldest hotel.
