Tour Scotland video of Patisserie at the Outdoor Festival Of Chocolate on the High Street on Community Christmas Day on visit to Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Chocolate is a typically sweet, usually brown, food preparation of Theobroma cacao seeds, roasted and ground, often flavoured, as with vanilla. It is made in the form of a liquid, paste, or in a block, or used as a flavouring ingredient in other foods. Cacao has been cultivated by many cultures for at least three millennia in Mesoamerica. Perth is bidding to be UK City of Culture 2021. The bid by Perth is based on three key themes: A great, green city, celebrating Perth's place at the heart of a rural community. Connections, emphasising the city's role as a meeting place and melting pot, as well as the rivers that link the area together. A city of light, drawing on the city's heritage as a catalyst for creativity and ideas.
