Tour Scotland video of an Amateur Operatic Society singing on Horsecross Plaza Stage on Community Christmas Day on visit to Perth, Perthshire, Scotland. Perth Amateur Operatics Society are a local Amateur Operatic society, who perform a musical every year, and have done so since 1948. Perth bid to be UK City of Culture 2021. The bid by Perth was based on three key themes: A great, green city, celebrating Perth's place at the heart of a rural community. Connections, emphasising the city's role as a meeting place and melting pot, as well as the rivers that link the area together. A city of light, drawing on the city's heritage as a catalyst for creativity and ideas.
