Glencanisp is a detached cottage in the heart of Aviemore. The property has two king-size double rooms which can both be offered as twins and one which has an en-suite shower room, and two twin rooms. There is a ground floor shower room, and a first floor bathroom. The spacious kitchen has a dining area, sofa and multi-fuel stove, there is also a sitting room with multi-fuel stove, and two sun rooms, all ensuring plenty of space to relax together. Outside is off road parking for four cars, and a small rear garden with seat. Glencanisp is perfectly placed for enjoying the amenities and activities of Aviemore and the stunning surrounding countryside. The area offers good fishing, walking in the surrounding hills and woodland, and golf with its fine courses. There is also sailing, riding and bird watching, with rare species to be found including Ospreys and Capercaillie. The landscape is dotted with historic castles, tempting distilleries, and is known to millions as the setting for the TV series Monarch of the Glen. You can fish on the River Spey all summer and winter or ski on the Cairngorms and at the Lecht ski centres.

Holly cottage contains all modern appliances such as 32″ flat screen TV, Nintendo Wii , FreeSat TV, DVD player; and an Ipod docking station. There is also a garden that is enclosed with a wooded fence for children to play in safely and parking available for up to two cars. The Aviemore Steam Railway is only a short walk from the property and is a great family outing with the ability to enjoy fantastic food while watching the beautiful scenery pass by your window. There is also a family adventure park nearby in the name of Landmark , based at Carrbridge where you can enjoy the thrills of their water slides or the Runaway railway roller-coaster.

Steam Cottage is a single-storey, semi-detached cottage, one mile from Aviemore. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining area and comfy seating. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front lawn garden and an enclosed rear lawn garden with furniture. Steam Cottage is an excellent base for a couple of family who wish to partake in the many outdoor activities in the area.

Ski View Cottage is a semi detached cottage in the village of Aviemore, just thirty miles from Inverness. The cottage sleeps three people and has one double bedroom and one single with en-suite shower and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking and a front and rear garden. Situated in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Ski View Cottage is a fabulous base from which to explore this lovely part of the country.
