Residents had to be evacuated. Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, Perth & Kinross Scotland, Scottish Water and Police Scotland responded to the flooding in Marshall Place, Perth on Tuesday 5 January 2016, and worked hard to provide assistance to residents.
